Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the USSR and Germany are responsible for the beginning of the Second world war. He is quoted by TASS.

“It was not only a total war, but also a totalitarian one, because it was launched by two totalitarian regimes. Totalitarian in design, destructive, barbaric and in the full sense of the word criminal, ” the Prime Minister said, accusing the countries of starting a military conflict.

At the end of January 2020, the Deputy head of the Polish foreign Minister Shimon Cross called on the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to tell the truth about the Holocaust. According to him, the Russian leader unfairly recorded Poland among the countries that launched the Second world war.
